ROBERT KANTOR,
MD, MPH, of Integrity Testing and Safety Administrators,
Inc., is a Board Certified Occupational medicine physician who
has a special interest in aerospace medicine. He has been trained
as an Aviation Medical Examiner and has performed numerous clearance
physicals on pilots. As a certified Medical Review Officer through
the Medical Review Officer Certification Council, he has six
years of experience in drug free workplace programs and is familiar
with federal regulations regarding drug testing, including those
pertaining to the FAA. Dr. Kantor has also served as medical
director for several large corporations and is expert in keeping
corporate entities compliant with all federal regulations. He
is also able to assist with return to work and fitness for duty
issues.

IAN R. BLAND, C-SAPA, of
Loureiro Engineering Associates, Inc., has provided DOT/FAA anti-drug
and alcohol misuse prevention program management services for
more than twelve years. He serves as an expert witness and since
2002 has been a member of the aviation industry team responding
to the FAA’s proposed drug and alcohol testing program
changes. Mr. Bland has made presentations before national gatherings
of the Aeronautical Repair Station Association (ARSA), the Civil
Aviation Safety Symposium, the Substance Abuse Professional Administrators
Association (SAPAA) and the Drug and Alcohol Testing Industry
Association. He is a regular columnist for ARSA’s newsletter,
The Hotline. He is a member of SAPAA’s Board of Directors
and is a Certified Substance Abuse Program Administrator.

LORRI SMITH, C-SAPA, President
and founder of Integrity Testing & Safety Administrators,
Inc., a national third party program administrator of DOT regulated
drug and alcohol testing programs, specializing in FAA mandated
requirements. Since 1993, Ms. Smith has assisted employers in
procedural development, implementation and management of all
aspects of regulatory compliance for workplace drug & alcohol
testing. Ms. Smith is a Certified Substance Abuse Program Administrator,
Breath Alcohol Technician Trainer, Specimen Collection Trainer
and a Commissioner of the Substance Abuse Program Administrator’s
Certification Commission (SAPACC). Ms. Smith is responsible for
training thousands of employees, supervisors, collectors, and
breath alcohol technicians across the country.

JANE V. ZBIKOWSKI of
Loureiro Engineering Associates, Inc.,has been actively involved
in DOT anti-drug and alcohol misuse prevention management services
since 1997. She has guided a wide range of clients in preparing
for, managing and following up on FAA Drug Abatement Division
inspections. Ms. Zbikowski has trained thousands of employees
and supervisors in DOT regulatory required training. She facilitates
corporate management teams of Medical, Quality Assurance, Human
Resources, and Operations staff to ensure continuous improvement
of drug and alcohol programs. She designs and delivers company-specific
Compliance Assurance Workshops which help educate and equip program
managers and other stakeholders to maximize their compliance
efforts.
